• If you're late to your appointment we may be unable to conduct your treatment or your treatment time could be shortened but you will still be charged the full price of the treatment. 

• Please not not all treatments are suitable for all skin types. If the treatment that you have booked is unsuitable on the day I will advice the most suitable treatment for you. 

• A before and after photo will be required at all appointments for insurance purposes. These will not be shared on social media without your consent.

       Deposits and Cancellations

• A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking. 

• If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, you deposit may be transferred to a new date. This can only be done once.

• If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment within 48 hours then you will loose your deposit.

• No shows will need to pay for their appointment in full. Failure to do so will result in you being unable to book in another treatment until your previous appointment is paid in full.
